Sector 150 has become shorthand for premium, low-density living in Noida. It sits along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, where large land parcels and sports-city planning have made room for projects with unusually generous open space.
Why buyers look at Sector 150
New launches here tend to be large, master-planned communities. ACE Arte, for example, plans 784 residences on about 15 acres, with around 80% open space and roughly 9 acres of landscaping. That scale is hard to find closer to central Noida.
Connectivity
The sector is close to the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and the start of the Yamuna Expressway, with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway reachable via the Yamuna Expressway. Noida International Airport at Jewar, which began commercial flights in June 2026, is reached along the Yamuna Expressway.
What is still maturing
- Social infrastructure — schools, hospitals and retail — is still filling in compared with central Noida.
- Daily commutes to Delhi or Gurugram can be long; test the drive at peak hours.
- Many projects are new launches; check possession timelines on UP RERA.
Who it suits
Sector 150 suits families who want space, greenery and a premium community and who can live with a longer commute, as well as investors with a long horizon on the expressway–airport corridor. See projects in Sector 150.
